Saint Colomban des Villards

A mountain village at an altitude of 1,100 metres, set in an authentic valley, it features charming hamlets with houses that are warmly nestled together. Saint Colomban des Villards is one of the 6 resorts in the Les Sybelles ski area. The resort offers a wilderness version of the Great North: snowshoe walks along a river, ski touring with a view of the Belledonne mountain range, or rejuvenation facing Mont Blanc...

Ski lift

On the Saint Colomban des Villards side, the Sybelles® ski area has 19 runs and 7 ski lifts, offering beginners the chance to try out its dedicated beginners' area on the snow front and to join the 4th largest linked ski area in France - the Ouillon sector. Wild panoramas and skiing in the silence of a wild mountain are on the programme.

Back to basics for a weekend!
Perched at an altitude of 1200m, isolated in the heart of nature in the Villards valley, the Cabane du Plan de l'Aigle can be reached on snowshoes in 20 minutes from the village. This 20m² wooden chalet is an invitation to unwind in the heart of the mountains. With neither water nor electricity, this authentic, rustic cocoon with a wood-burning stove at its centre awaits couples in love. Bonus: bed linen and towels provided.

The Mont Cuinat boardercross. At 2078m and overlooking the valley, this dedicated 600m area features 7 banked turns. Adrenalin guaranteed. Laughs galore whatever your age!
