Situated at an altitude of 1800 metres, La Toussuire enjoys exceptional sunshine, optimum snow cover and 360° panoramic views. The dream at Les Sybelles®! The Snowpy Mountain zone

Introduction

On the Toussuire side, the Sybelles ski area offers 42 runs for all levels over 1,000m of vertical drop, 3 snow areas for beginners and a new 600m² play area: the Snowpy Mountain zone. There are plenty of off-ski and après-ski activities on offer, including snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, dog-sledding and tobogganing.

New

The 10-seater "Côte du Bois" gondola lift provides easy access to the intermediate altitude zone of La Toussuire resort, making it easier to climb to Ouillon, link up with Le Corbier and return to the resort's snow front. With a length of 859m and a difference in altitude of 232m, it has a capacity of 2,700 skiers per hour.

Take the splendid red Grand Turc piste for a 900m ascent in the first rays of sunshine from the eponymous summit at 2,209m and descend to Les Bottières on the red La Chavonnerie piste.

Coming to La Toussuire

How to

come to La Toussuire

La Toussuire ski resort is easily accessible by various means of transport.

By car, take the A43 motorway to the Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne exit, then follow the D926 to the resort. The roads are well maintained, but it is advisable to bring special snow equipment, such as chains or winter tyres, in case of difficult conditions.

For those who prefer to travel by train, the nearest station is Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. This station is served by TGV and regional trains from major French cities such as Paris, Lyon and Grenoble. From the station, shuttle buses and bus services are available to reach La Toussuire in around 30 minutes, offering a convenient and comfortable solution.

If you are travelling by air, the nearest airports are Lyon-Saint Exupéry and Chambéry. Transfer services are available from these airports to take you directly to La Toussuire.
