About the event
Sunday March 12 from 11:00 a.m. at the top of Ouillon in the Les Sybelles ski area, the Fromagerie Coopérative Laitière de la Vallée des Arves offers you a live production and tasting of Beaufort d’alpage. You will discover this precious local gourmet heritage with sweet and fruity flavors facing Mont Blanc!
A copper tank of more than 400 liters of raw milk will be transported to the top of the slopes in order to make, in front of the skiers, a wheel of the mythical cheese nicknamed “The Prince of Gruyères”: Beaufort.
