For the reimbursement of passes purchased and not consumed:
For customers who had planned to come to Sybelles by 17th april and who had already purchased their passes, here are the compensation claim forms to fill out and send to the operating company from the initial station of your stay:
For Corbier / St Jean d’Arves:

NB: for customers who have booked their stay and their package via a tour operator, accommodation provider or real estate agency, please refer to the organization from which you purchased your package. We are experiencing delays in processing requests for reimbursement of your packages. In fact, seasonal staff had to leave their workplace in a hurry to return home in confinement. Also, we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. No file will be left aside, all will be treated.
