Our commitments for your holidays in Sybelles

For the health of all

Because your health and well-being are our primary concerns and because mountain vacations remain a pleasure, health rules are in place in all French ski resorts. Residence managers, accommodation providers, ski lift companies, ski schools, carriers, equipment rental companies, tourist offices and activity providers are all mobilized against COVID-19.

Wearing a mask: a responsible action

As part of the barrier gestures that we use every day in our daily life, the wearing of a mask is until further notice mandatory in all regrouping, gathering and waiting areas in French stations. As a carrier (and therefore governed by the Ministry of Transport), the companies operating the Sybelles ski area have an obligation to ensure the safety of our travelers. The mask should only be worn in the queues and on the ski lifts. The 393 ha of the ski area are to be (re) discovered without a mask to enjoy the good, pure mountain air, beautiful landscapes and to ski in complete freedom.

Protected contact zones

Ticket offices, ski-lift poles, chairlift safety barriers, automatic lift pass collection terminals, etc. The Sybelles ski area has protected all contact areas during your transport on our ski lifts and in our waiting areas by the company Clear Protect Zone. Thanks to a process already used for many years in hospitals and pharmaceuticals, without allergic or dermatological risk, viral cells (coronavirus, influenza, gastro) are destroyed over a guaranteed period of 1 year. Resistant to cold (-40 ° C) and bad weather, the Sybelles ski area is the very first area in France to provide this equipment to protect you and its teams.

Santa Claus on the slopes and in the resorts, the 6 beautiful mascots and so many other surprises await you!
